My Story in Marketing...
Since 2016 I have been working with brands within an agency environment and have learned the importance of a unified and integrated marketing strategy.
When we silo marketing channels we work against ourselves, limit collaboration and present a disconnected message to our audience.
We have micro-moments, just seconds to grab attention. This is why it's salient we present a unified brand, tell a concise story and show up when and how our audience needs us the most.
In March of 2023, I joined Agenda Marketing, while accepting a few personal projects as well, to bring strategy-first marketing to businesses in the Greater Hamilton Ontario Area. And, to show how these small and medium businesses can make sense of their marketing, unify their strategy and see true results.
And how do we see true results from marketing? We think through our ideas strategically and focus on four things: big-picture marketing, honest advice, elegant creative, and intentional collaboration.
Big Picture Marketing
It's tempting to focus in on the fun, creative videos, graphics, web tricks and so on while missing the big picture. When we develop strategy or discuss ideas for your brand we need to keep the big picture in mind. This includes looking at business objectives, budgets, long-term projects, the current organization makeup and everything we might miss if we are zoomed in on the one thing we're working on.

I'm committed to speaking up for what's right (even when it's not what's easiest) and getting you to your goals as fast and efficiently as possible. This means we look at nibble marketing plans, flexible contracts and arrangements, out-of-the-box solutions and clear communication.
